The Longest Day!!! But Worth It!!

I won't go into too much details, but Kimberly was admitted to the hospital on Monday afternoon around 2:00 pm after having contractions for about 8 hours at home.  She continue to labor in this room:

Ben was such a trooper!!  He never left her side!  

After 28 hours of labor and pushing for 4 hours, the baby was finally born!!  Kimberly is getting the first glimpse of the baby!

His weight: 6 lbs, 7.5 oz, 20" long

Everybody was wondering about the color of his hair.  It's beautiful strawberry blonde!

The baby is finally is his mother's arms!

Awwwww!

Poor Kimberly!  So exhausted but so happy!

So precious!

We are all in love!!

Kimberly's Baby Shower

Welcome to Kimberly's "Ready to Pop" baby shower!
The shower was hosted by the new aunt, Steffany, and both grandmas!

Guests were asked to bring diapers and enter their name for a door prize

The colors were gray, yellow and teal blue.  

We had cake "pops"

Steffany made the cupcakes, the tissue pom, poms and I made all the signs & food labels.

Fruit "pops"

Three varieties of "pop"corn, white cheddar, caramel, and kettle.

I made homemade "pop" tarts

We had a small candy bar:  "Things that Pop"

Blow pops, ring pops, pop rock, bubble gum & tootsie pops!

I made these labels for the candy bags!  It was a hit!

Steffany made these beautiful decorations!

"It's a BOY!"
